Meridian offers CDC approved pain management program through expert personnel to offer best available patient centric care for our clients. The safe and effective approaches are applied for chronic pain management.  As a primary care patient, we will manage your pain through our protocol.  You may also seek pain management from Meridian with a referral from your own primary care doctor. If you have a substance abuse condition, Meridian will offer services to aid in recovery and help you return to your normal life.
